General
Founded in 1997, Audient didn't need much to time to be recognised as a maker of high-end, highly coveted mixing consoles. Over a quarter of a century later, Audient's tech is still as forward-thinking, albeit a little more compact - and like so many console-builders, the brand now also serves up audio interfaces. The Audient iD44 MKII succeeds the popular iD44 released in 2018, setting you up with ample options and the same first-class inputs and outputs that huge consoles are fitted with.
Features of the Audient iD44 mk2
The iD44 MK2 now not only comes in grey but boasts improved audio performance and a seriously complete build, including four XLR/jack inputs and four jack outputs, ultra-high-quality preamps, and two ADAT inputs plus two ADAT outputs that represent masses of potential in combination with one or two ADAT interfaces. Other features include inserts (that's a send and return per insert), two JFET guitar inputs, and two headphone jacks.
An Affordable Audio Interface for Anyone with Big Plans
From vocals and synths to guitars and basses, anything can be recorded in console-grade quality with this modern audio interface and, if you're willing to invest in two ADAT interfaces, you can easily add another sixteen inputs to fully mike up, say, a complete drum kit. Ik zocht opvolger voor Focusrite 2i2 met 4 ingangen (piano solo recordings). Eerst Presonus Quantum ES 4 geprobeerd, maar die klank was stuk minder rijk dan Focusrite. Audient stuk beter. Makkelijk te installeren. Duidelijk. Stevig. Prima apparaat.
Très bon matos
De perfecte opvolger van mijn Focusrite 2i2.
Ideaal ook voor het switchen van mono en het switchen tussen 2 systemen.
Mooi helder en een step up van mijn 2i2.
La carte on dont je rêvais. Efficace et de bonne facture.
Pour remplacer ma focusrite 2i2. Un vrai bon en avant, tant sur la qualité sonore que sur les connectiques. Un très bon produit.
